What can i use to color fondant!? im making a cake that looks like its a tiffanys box!. what can i use to color my fondant that blue-ish color!? and how!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers: Don't use food coloring - the liquid will completely change the texture of your fondant!. If you have a Michael's crafts store or a cake decorating store or some other kind of craft store, get gel or powdered icing colors!. Wilton makes a boatload of different colors!. I use these all the time and they're perfect!.
Hope that helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I use wiltons paste food dye!. Each little tub is about 1!.50!.Get a toothpick and poke it into the dye!. Scratch it into the fondant and stretch it and play with it until the dye has spread evenly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
