Unsweetened iced tea instead of Soda etc. would that be healthy?
If so, which type (Green, Black, etc.) ?
How much could I have in a day?
Thanks.

Much more so than all the pitfalls of soda. At least tea contains lots of antioxidants, and none of the harmful co2 or phosphoric acid, etc in soda. Hot or cold, I would avoid in the evening unless you need to stay up late. Two 12 oz glasses or four 6 oz cups hot, would surely do you no harm, if you aren't worried about caffeine. Either tea is good for antioxidants. I do know from an oriental friend much care has to be taken in preping green tea to avoid destroying some of the nutrients.
well if you were to drink un-sweetened green tea, that would be much more healthy for you
Green Tea is pretty healthy conscious
um excuse me but we are humans. get a brain. green tea
