Chop sueys are kinda like little cripsies. They are crisp and long. and are eaten with some kinda sauce which contans veggies and stuff.
Spring roll is a roll which contains veggies and stuff and is eaten fried!!

As I've never heard of a 'chop suey roll', I'll just go by common sense. Chop suey translates as "mixed pieces", because it's just a combination of whatever ingredients are available - vegetables, and some meat.
Spring rolls contain a mixture of vegetables and a little meat.
Therefore, the main difference will be the sauces used in cooking the filling, and it's possible that the 'wrapper' is different - as I say, I've never heard of a chop suey roll!! (Can't find reference to it on the internet either!)
