Habanero... if a glass of milk is readily available. Jalapeno is the hottest I can comfortably eat.

oh i just love those spicy Thai chiles
all though habenero are more acidic
thai chiles have more heat
and i actually enjoy them , why would you eat a chile only to have to down a glass of milk afterwards
if you dont enjoy spicy foods then why punish yourself by eating hot chiles
although it does burn on the way out lol

Jalapenos, I can't stand spicy.
Scotch bonnet- but I'm not as tolerant as I used to be ;-) And you'll walk like John Wayne the morning after...
