Mashed potatoes, because I don't know anyone who can cook them without them boiling over when they first come to a boil and then you run like a maniac to turn them down.

fresh berry pies ... they always boil over onto the oven floor and i always forget to turn the self cleaning on after and then the whole house skills the next time I bake...oh and the damn alarms go off to boot

Crispy Chicken's Feet! Do you know how hard it is to catch all those chickens and cut off their little feet? Then you have to dance them through the seasoned flour mixture and deep fry them without burning yourself and what do you have when you get done? Enough for one or two people....just not worth it and it's so sad seeing the chickens try to walk around on stumbs afterwards!
