The first thing you want to do is season your flour to your taste in a large bowl.(Sazon, Adobo,garlic powder,onion powder and the like) Next what you should do is get yourself an egg or two mix in well with the salmon then add to your seasoned flour, shape your patties well and then immediately put them in the frying pan. Make sure your oil isn't too hot, turn your heat down midway after preheating enjoy!!!
