The way I cook bacon is to put it in a frying pan on Med to Med High (depending on your range) heat and SLOWLY cook it, watch it the entire time. when it's the color that you like take it out on a plate lined with paper towels and let it drain.

If you cook it on High, it will cook too quickly...

I hate bacon but I know when I cooked it at restraunt I worked for we used a metal press to cook it on both sides at the same time. the way i cook bacon is very easy and it does not stink your house up with that bacon smell and old grease! I take a regular glass plate and put 2 paper towels on it. then i put about 6 pieces of bacon side by side on the paper towels and then cover them with 2 more paper towels. i then cook it in the microwave for about 6 minutes. you can adjust the time - longer to make it crispier or shorter to make it more chewy. you can stop the microwave at any time to check the consistency of the bacon and then start the oven back with no harm to the bacon. you should try it - its easy, quick and the bacon tastes great!

Okay, cook it the way you cook it, but watch it, and when you can't see any fat, but not it is black. Thats when it is ready! And if you are making a meal, and don't want your bacon to get cold when your making something else, put the bacon in the oven, but don't put the heat to high, just put the heat to keep the bacon warm!

Watching my parents cooking bacon!

You fry it. But eat the fat. It's really good.Any way,boys cook the bacon!!!!Tell a boy to make it.

If you are making a large mount, like 1 pound or more, bake it on a lipped or edged cookie sheet in the oven at 350 degrees until crisp. Pan frying is also easy. I can't cook it on the stove because I burn it, so I bake it instead:

400 degrees for about 15 minutes;

line your baking sheet with foil to catch the grease;

use a cooling rack to sit the bacon up out of the grease.

It might not be crispy, but if you cover it with some foil and let it sit for about 5 minutes after you take it out of the oven it will continue to cook and get darker. If you want it crispy, leave it in for a few minutes longer but watch it carefully - It will burn easily if you don't.

If you have a George Foreman grill, that would work too.

Well my mom perfers to use a frying pan to make ours while my aunt found a little thing [ i forgot what its called] and all you do is put it in and like a mintute later there done.. and theres a pan/dish that comes with it and it catches all the bacon fat. I bake mine.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Take a large jelly roll pan (like a cookie sheet, but it has four sides to it) and put a cooling rack on it. Lay your bacon out on the rack, and bake for about 10 - 15 minutes, or until it looks done enough for you. Flip bacon over and cook an additional 5 - 10 minutes.

There is some grease left on the bacon, but the majority of it drips through the rack and is caught on the pan. IMO, in the oven is the best. Follow the instructions on the package.
