Well honestly when you are cooking something like a potato which is very neutral in flavor, you can totally go crazy with the combinations. However, the first thing to put in a jacket potato would be loads of butter. Also you can put in spinach which will totally complement the taste of the baked potato. When i make jacket potatoes, I saute a little rosemary in butter with sesame seeds and salt and then put it in.
Marinara and ground beef w/garlic and a little hot pepper.
