Answers: Most mushrooms but especially portabellos are very "earthy" tasting!. The best way to keep the optimal flavor it to not over "flavor" it!. I would suggest a lite oil, salt and pepper and a hot grill!. Cook it just two minutes on both sides and thats it!.

I like to marinate mine for 20 to 30 minutes before I grill or roast them!. I especially like to use Soy Vay Island Teriyaki marinade on them, but olive oil, garlic and lemon juice or balsamic vinegar is pretty good, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I brush them with a little olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt & oregano, and grill on both sides on the BBQWww@FoodAQ@Com
I drizzle them with a little oil and cook in the oven under the grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
