Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(When you open a yogurt that you've had in your fridge...?),it will help you,my kids.
and inside is like this watery stuff that formed for some reason, what do you do? I drain the water off and mix what's left up with the yogurt, but I'm wondering if that's right? should you get rid of all the liquid or mix it all in? I'm assuming that it's condensate from temperature change so it should be just water from inside the yogurt cup...

it's just a slight seperation of the liquid. it won't hurt, you can stir it in or pour it out. i personally pour it out because i like whole milk thick yogurt.
What i just do and what your supposed to do is just mix the liquid in with the yogurt, because the liquid itself came from the yougurt... so its perfecty fine. But then again if it makes you feel better, you can drain it before you mix it... but you might be draining some flavor...
Yogurt settles in the container while sitting. Just re-stir and eat and enjoy. It's fine.
oh just dump it. its the condensation crap. when you mix it in it actually tastes icky :p
The yogurt is just separating, with the heavier stuff sinking to the bottom. Mixing it up is perfectly fine.
just mix it up...its just from being in the fridge for a while. its fine. (:
Just stir it up..its all good
mix it in.. and eat it.. :P
yogurt is a type of cheese and that
water is the result of the bacteria getting a little excited since the last time is was opened & stirred or some of it scooped out
it's won't hurt you it's just like hard cheeses that have a little bit of water in the package.
eat up.
cheers
