Tuna in brine or tuna in sunflower oil?

Answers: Tuna in brine or tuna in sunflower oil?

Spring water is the best but out of your choices then brine as the sunflower oil one will be really high in fat.

I like both....but can't stand the smell

rock around the clock?

tuna (get it yahoo)

The tuna is probably the same but the brine is probably less fattening than the sunflower oil, plus its easier to drain/rinse off.

I prefer fresh, but out of those two of canned fish i will have the one in brine.

Tuna in water is better for you.

brine is better than in oil, but to be ultra healthy go for spring water as there is no added fat or salt

neither - try spring water

Sunflower oil surely, as long as you dont overindulge......a little of what you fancy not only does it fill you up but its tastier and you dont feel like youve starved........stop worrying about calories and enjoy the taste of food!

I rinse all canned tuna to get rid of as much of the salt and oil as possible before I eat it. When I can afford it, I like fresh tuna lightly grilled because there are no added salts or fats unless I add them.
