8oz whipped cream cheese
4oz cocktail sauce
4oz mayonnaise
1oz fresh grated horseradish
1 bunch chopped green onions
2 to 3 dashes tabasco sauce
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 to 1 lb shrimp meat, (bay or cocktail shrimp)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve as a dip or spread onto your favorite cracker, vegetable or baguette.

1 cup shrimp, cooked, shelled, and deveined
1/4 cup unflavored yogurt
1 tablespoon finely chopped mild white onion
4 ounces cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon curry powder or to taste
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1 parsley sprig
Salt to taste

Makes about 1-1/2 cups

Directions

Combine all the ingredients except the parsley sprig in the container of an electric blender. Cover and whirl until thoroughly blended and smooth.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and chill.

Garnish with the parsley sprig and serve with crackers or crisp raw vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup shredded Cheddar
cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke
hearts, drained
1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cooked and peeled
shrimp
paprika, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a medium baking dish, mix together Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, green onions, garlic salt, mayonnaise and shrimp. Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.

2 – 8oz. Philly cream cheese, softened
? cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
? tsp. garlic powder
1 bunch fresh spinach, chopped
OR 1-16oz. pkg. frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed & drained
1 - 13oz. can/jar quartered marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
2/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup Tejano Salsa (click here to order product)
Plenty of tortilla chips, crackers or toast points.

Directions
Using a hand-mixer, blend together cream cheese, cream. Garlic, Parmesan & Jack cheeses until smooth and creamy. Fold in chopped spinach and artichokes. Place mixture in oven-proof casserole dish. Bake @ 300 degrees for1hour. Remove from oven, spoon 1 cup of salsa around the outer edge. Return to oven for another 15 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips or toast points.
***This is NOT low fat…but once in a while, we’re worth it !

BLEND EM ALL TOGETHER after you heat them in a skillet for 20 min or so! Nice and Spicey!!
chopped garlic, olive oil, squeezed lime juice, chopped basil, blend. Serve with crusty bread, chilled wine, your choice. Yummmmmyyyyyy!!!!
