1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
6 fluid ounces warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese, garlic, honey, anchovy paste, onion powder, oregano, marjoram, basil, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and salt; mix together, breaking up any clumps of cheese.
Sauce should sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors; spread over pizza dough and prepare pizza as desired.

No, I don't. But it can be done and I have done it in the past. Canned sauce is good enough, or you could use pesto sauce. Havwe you been to Alberston's or Ralph's? How about Safeway? I'll see if I can find my sauce recipe, if you want it. I use a canned chunky garlic & herb that has good thick consistency. Try Del Monte brand spaghetti sauce that's chunky.
But you could make your own with fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions, herbs & spices of your choice & cook down to the consistency that you like.
winn dixie, wal mart, publix. they all have pizza sauce in a glass jar not in cans. look in a grocery store deli where they have all the ingredients to build your own pizza, they usually have little tubs of sauce, or also ragu makes a pizza sauce that comes in a jar.
the cubs here in appleton wi sells it in jars, but I usally make my own.

"Quick and easy pizza sauce. No cooking and quick to make."
INGREDIENTS:
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 tablespoon ground oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced
garlic
1 teaspoon ground paprika
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, Mix together tomato sauce and tomato paste until smooth. Stir in oregano, garlic and paprika. Simple Pizza Sauce
2 cans(28 ounces each) imported pearshaped tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon freshly grated Romano Cheese
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cloves garlic
