Answers:
Not really, they mostly have high calories fats, sodium, probably the best nutrient is chicken salad, not only it has the leafy green but also little bit of chicken, which is the right amount for your body, chicken also has protein which is very important for your body, but you don't want to eat too much of it.
Other Answers:
Definitely NOT!
No. Actually it probably has negative nutritive content! Just kidding...It has to have some but not much...don't rely on it for nutrition! They have food labels on their food now so you can see just what amount of vitamins, Iron, etc. they contain.
Yes, according to their nutrition chart!

Originally, no. In fact, it was borderline fatal (refer to "Supersize Me" film). However, I believe that a factory worker may have thrown a banana peel into the meat grinder at one point since that movie was released, so they are now able to say that their food has some sort of nutritional element.
it has nutrition, it just isnt healthy for you. lots of saturated fat, trans fat, and lots of sugar and salt. none of which are good for you.
It has some of course it is food. There was a documentary done called "Supersize Me", that followed a man and his experiment on what eating Mc Donalds food 3 meals a day for 30 days. He ended up gaining about 25 lbs. Started to have chest pains and the beginnings of liver failure.
In moderation, I'm sure McD's isn't too bad for you, but it isn't a good suppliment to a good home cooked meal.

A Fart probably has some sort of nutritional value but I wouldn't willingly/knowingly suck on one...

yes, the burger and all those meat, leaves, cheese have nutritions. alot of nutrition, but not in what ur body needs. u will gain obesity. u will gain cholestrol, u will gain lotsa lotsa unhealthy nutrition.
a guy made a challenge to McD before, he ate burger for breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper like very americans do each day. he made quite a big publicity (two or three years ago). u can check it out. his doctor advised him to quit the campaign, coz he been growing fatter and fatter, till his heart and liver has problem. i'm not sure what happen to him now, but sure McD did something and come out with THOSE charts that we used to see now, to defend themselves against that guy's campaign.
