i made this at school years ago it had kind of marshmalow base

Answers:
weetbix slice

4 oz. butter
1 cup SR flour
1 Weetbix
1 dstspn cocoa
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut

Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat well. Sift flour and cocoa. Crumble Weetbix with coconut and add to mixture. Bake 20 minutes in moderate oven. Ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut.
