Here is my favorite -

Chicken Stew & Dumplings

1-3 Lb Broiler-fryer
3-14 Oz Cans Chicken Broth
2-Tbs Parsley
3-Cups Water
1-1/2-Cups Sliced Carrots
1- Cup Barley
4-Stalks Celery - Sliced
1-Large Onion - Chopped
1-Tsp Basil
2-Tsp Salt
6-Cloves Garlic - Minced
2/3-Cup Milk
2-Tbs Parsley
2-Cups Bisquick

Combine first four ingredients in large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour. Remove chicken and let cool. Bone chicken & chop the meat. Return meat to broth and add next seven ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, cover reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.

Combine milk & parsley add to Bisquick and stir just until ingredients are moistened. Drop by tablespoons into stew. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 more minutes.
sit up a whole chicken rubbed with Tomato-basil mrs dah all over with an opened can of beer inside in the oven 375, till done delicious and easy
Ranch Chicken

Clean chicken and line in baking dish,
Sprinkle with Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
Bake at 350* till done (depends on number and size of pieces cooking)

cut everything up and mix togrther. outstanding!!!
well this one takes about two days but could be okay overnite... Take one bottle soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic(or more totally up to you) one bunch of scallions chopped, 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds. mixed together put in one of those ziploc bags with the chicken and marinate over nite and all day then grill. very tasty.
I call mine Cheesy Chicken. Take boneless chicken breasts and sprinkle with some Worcestershire sauce over them, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and seasoned salt. Cook in a 350 degree oven for about 10 min. Flip breasts over and repeat the sauce & seasonings. When chicken is cooked through, place a couple of slices mozarella cheese on top and sprinkle some paprika on the cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
Coq au Vin

Basically, in a non-stick frying pan, fry some skin on chicken that has been salt and peppered, in olive oil. After it has started to brown take it out and put it aside. DO NOT DRAIN THE OIL add about a quarter stick to it ... add soem cut up mushrooms, onions and some garlic and saute until browned. Add the chicken back in and add just enough red wine until just barely covered. Simmer until the wine has reduced by half or the chicken is done, whichever is first. Take the chicken and veggies out and let the wine reduce to about half the volume you started with. Take a few tablespoons out and add some flour to this amount. Mix until it isn't lumpy, then add it back to the wine to thicken.

Serve with some garlic mashed potatoes and baby carrots in a lemon/honey/basil glaze. Top with chopped parsley.
My favorite recipe is: Brown 1 cut up chicken in small amount of oil. Remove from pan. Brown 1 large onion cut in 1/4 inch slices. Add 1 can mushrooms. Put chicken back in pan. Mix Tang (2 to 1 ratio) in glass and pour on chicken. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Very good.
A simple favorite I like is Cream of mushroom chicken. You bake a chicken breast covered in Campells cream of mushroom soup(no milk added) on a bed of rice. so good.
Chicken nachos.(self explanitory)
Chicken cordon blue. you filet a chicken breast put honey ham and mozz cheese roll it up put a toothpick in bread with milk and 1 egg, roll in flour/cornmeal mix, fry. cook spaghetti noodles and spaghetti sauce, cover with mozz and devour!!
Chicken Parmesan: bake chicken breasts twenty minutes, cover with stewed tomatos, oregano, basil, and parmesan cheese, cover, cook until done. Serve with pasta or rice.

Chicken Stirfry: cut chicken into strips. Stirfry in a pan until no longer pink. Add a green pepper & onion (also cut into strips), mushrooms, diced tomatoes, MSG (if you like it), seasoned salt, a pinch of sugar, and a pinch of ginger. Cook until vegetables are tender crisp. Serve on a bed of rice.

Fry the chicken in micro oven .Add some spices and boil it in fire to get real taste. take a real SILVER plate and place the chicken in the centre of the plate and roll the chicken with GOLDEN FOIL paper.The scenario will induce you to eat immediately.Take the CHICKEN piece in hand and THROW it into DUSTBIN to avoid BIRD FLU.This is the best RECIPE.
Italian Chicken with Garlic and Lemon

"Baked Italian chicken with lemon and garlic. You can make this dish with any of your favorite chicken parts - breasts, drumsticks, et cetera. Note: the garlic and onion can be put through a food processor."

INGREDIENTS:
15 chicken thighs
8 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 quart vegetable oil for frying
1/2 cup wine vinegar
5 lemons, juiced
10 cloves crushed garlic
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Arrange the chicken pieces in a 10x15 inch enameled roasting pan. In a large skillet over medium high heat, fry the potatoes in 1/2 inch deep oil until golden brown, then put them in the pan with the chicken.

Combine the vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, parsley, onion, salt and pepper with the 1/2 cup reserved frying oil and pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours, basting the chicken and potatoes with the sauce mixture. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve hot.



Chicken Piccata

"Lemony flavored chicken with a heavenly coating. Prepare this dish and get ready to have your tummy 'touched by an angel'!"

INGREDIENTS:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
1/2 cup boiling water

DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, beat the egg together with 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice. Set aside.

In a shallow bowl or dish mix together the flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip the chicken in the egg/lemon mixture, then in the seasoned flour.

In a large skillet, melt butter/margarine and brown the coated chicken pieces.

Dissolve the bouillon in the boiling water, then add the remaining 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Pour liquid into skillet. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes, turning chicken pieces after 10 minutes, until chicken is tender. Garnish as desired and serve.



Garlic Chicken

"Simple to make, just dip and bake! Garlicky goodness in a breaded chicken dish. Yum!"

INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavors. In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.



Easy Deviled Chicken

"This crunchy, yummy recipe requires very little preparation so you can spend more time with your family and less time in the kitchen!"

INGREDIENTS:
1/8 cup butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt butter/margarine and mix in a small bowl with mayonnaise and mustard. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl or plate.

Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Roll seasoned chicken breasts in mayonnaise mixture, then dip in mixed herbs and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.



Chicken Parmigiana

"This is a very nice dinner for two. Serve it with your favorite pasta and tossed greens."

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg, beaten
2 ounces dry bread crumbs
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3/4 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking sheet.

Pour egg into a small shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in a separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken into egg, then into the bread crumbs. Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until no longer pink and juices run clear.

Pour 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce into a 7x11 inch baking dish. Place chicken over sauce, and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and return to the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
