its really easy, first you chop off the head, then you pull the skin down over its body, you have to chop the front legs off at the feet, once the skin/pelt is off you open the rabibit (rather like when gutting a fish) and remove all the innards - stomach, bowel etc.
easy as that. I won't 'give you a hard time' (even though you seem to have no problem doing that to a rabbit) but all I will ask is can you please kill it painlessly first?
