Did your computer skip a beat? Do you happen to mean "elephant" or "whale" eggplant?
If so, cut into 1/2" slices dip in a well beaten mix of eggs, pepper, salt(to taste) & a 1/4 to 1 tablespoon of curry powder. Then bread with finely ground cracker crumbs and pan fry in butter. Works with "whale" zuccini too.

As for elephant eggs, that would be the prehistoric lost and presumed anscestor of an elephant that was, in fact, part reptilian and did have eggs. If you happen to have a time machine with sidereal(paralell dimesion) capabilty) then go get an elephant egg. They cook like normal eggs but need less to no salt, require a restruant sized grill and may have the temporary side effect on those who eat it to want to trumpet and hit anyone who utters the phrase "elephant gun".

To quote from video games and others "good luck...you'll need it!"

Ok..it's a little yucky sounding but elephants do have eggs..just like every other mammal. I've never cooked on and I'm not certain I want to.
