I don't have a specific recipe, but a friend of mine adds half of an 8oz. package to her sauce while it's hot before serving. It just makes it pinkish and creamier. Hope this helps.

Dreamy Spaghetti
Serves 8 big eaters easily
2 pkg. cream cheese softened
1 large container sour cream
2 small containers cottage cheese
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (1 lb) pkg spagetti or other string pasta
2 eggs
1 large jar spagetti sauce
Brown hamburger and drain. Mix with spagetti sauce. Cook pasta per directions. Mix together cream cheese, cottage cheesse, sour cream and eggs.
Layer as follows in a very large casserole dish:
1/2 noodles
1/2 meat sauce
1/2 cheese mix REPEAT
Cook in 350°F oven for 30 minutes and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
Great idea! Lets add some saturated fat to our meal.
