8 tablespoons almonds - slivered - toasted
8 tablespoons sesame seeds - toasted

HEAVENLY HASH CAKE
1 (12oz.) pkg. chocolate semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 eggs (seperate)
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint whipping cream
1 cup peacans or walnuts (chopped) (I use walnuts)
1 Angel Food Cake

Melt chocolate chips. In a small bowl, beat egg yolks and add to chocolate. Stir. Beat egg whites; gradually adding sugar until peaks form. Fold whites into chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts, vanilla and salt. Whip the cream and fold in last. Break cake into chunks and cover bottom of tube pan or deep bowl. Cover with a layer of chocolate mixture. Add another layer of cake pieces and cover with remaining chocolate mixture. Chill in refrigerator overnight.

1lb Ground Beef
2 cups uncook bowtie pasta
1 can of diced tomatoes in tomato sauce
1.5 cans of Beef Brooth
1 tablespoon Worchester Sauce
1/4 tsp of Salt
1/8 tsp of pepper
1/4 of a bell pepper diced
3 yellow summer squash sliced thin
1/4 Parmasean Cheese-shredded.

Brown your ground beef, drain and put back in large skillet. Add tomatos in sauce, beef brooth, salt and pepper and Worchester Sauce. Bring to boil. Add pasta and bell pepper, cook on simmer with lid on for 10 mins. Add Squash and cook for 3 more mins. The squash should be cooked but crisp. Add cheese --stir and serve.


Here's what you do:
Place approx 10 strawberries in a bag, tie it, place on floor, squish your feet down onto it until they're all crushed up, empty bag and place in a glass, mix with ice, crushed if you want. Hope thats any good!

CHICKEN SPINACH SALAD
1 bunch fresh spinach washed and dried, or cheat and get the prewashed ones at the market
1 chicken breast, grilled or boiled, then diced and chilled.
1/4 c dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts or both.
sunflower seeds
feta cheese
a viniagrette dressing

Mix ingredients together and serve chilled. Goes great with a glass of iced tea! Feeds 1-2


MEXICAN CABBAGE SALAD
1 cabbage, finely sliced
1 avocado, ripe, peeled and diced
1/2 bunch cilantro, finely diced
1 large tomato diced
1/4 c diced celery
1/2 brown onion, diced
1 fresh jalapeno, seeds removed then diced
Mayo
salt/pepper to taste

In a large bowl - Add the cabbage, then the cilantro, tomato, celery / onion, jalapeno and a dash of salt/pepper.
Add the avocado then 2 -3 tbsp of mayo or just enough to moisten to your taste. Mix well.

1Medium to Large Missionary (140-200 Lbs), Depending on Availability
(Half Portions of Ingredients for Smaller Entree (Below 140 Lbs.)

Place All Ingredients in Large Communal Cooking Pot and Bring to Boil Over Dried Gnu Dung Fire.
