veggies like eggplants & mushrooms absorb oil like a
sponge
how much did you put? usually 1 tbsp is enough, 2 tbsp MAX

i usually boil it first
buy more rice
if u like too much oil in rice then buy new dress for u.if its by mistake then throw it in bin and try to cook in littel oil.
well there is really no easy solution but to go buy more rice and start over!!
