Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Here is a good German cheesecake. The crust has 1 egg, but you can substitute the crust for Graham Wafer crust, or use vanilla cookies instead of Graham wafer cookies

Cheese Cream Cake

Crust
1 egg
3 tbsp warm water
Beat till foamy
60 g sugar
1 pkg vanilla sugar
Beat again to mix
170 g white flour
1 tsp baking powder

Mix, press into springform pan. Bake at 200 c oven 20-25 mins

Filling

Prepare 2 pkg of gelatine according to pkg instructions, using warm water is best. Mix until all granules are disolved

Mix together

750 ml Sour Cream (or Quark found in the dairy section of most grocery stores)
75 g white sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pkg vanilla sugar
500 ml of whipping cream, whipped

Mix in cooled gelatine mixture. Fold whipping cream into sour cream (Quark) mixture. Pour into prepared springform pan.

Chill for 4 hrs.
Top with any fruit topping. Fresh or canned.

DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan, refrigerate.
Put the water into a small saucepan, water should be cold. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water, and let stand for 1 minute. Then, stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved, set aside. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the evaporated milk and lemon juice, container to beat until fluffy. Scrape the bottom of the bowl occasionally to make sure there are no lumps. Gradually beat in the amaretto, vanilla and the gelatin mixture until everything is well blended.
In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff but not grainy, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving. Do not remove the springform ring until serving time.

I dont know if you want to do this but this how i make mine
1 8oz pack of cream cheese
1 8oz bucket of cool whip
mix them two together and put about 1/4 of sugar or to taste
put the mixture in the graham cracker crust pies shells and put them in the frig Here you can find many different recipes.
