Answers:
Double decker egg salad/ham salad sandwiches.
Lightly butter 1 slice of bread on both sides, and 2 slices of bread on one side. Set aside.
Hard boil and mash eggs, mix with mayo, mustard, s&P... Set aside.
Dice ham to very small pieces (or give it a quick whir in a food processor or chopper) mix with mayo, mustard, s&P... Set aside.
Take one slice of bread buttered on only one side... place butter side up... top with your cheese... add egg salad... top with slice of bread buttered on both sides... top that with ham salad and maybe another slice of cheese... top that with remaining slice of bread buttered on only one side, buttered side in!
Or... fry eggs... fry ham... make fried egg & ham & cheese sandwich!
Other Answers:
As long as they havent been sitting there for a while in the fridge you could make egg and ham sandwiches and melt cheese on it. Like McDonalds does.
if they aren't that old,try to make another sandwich or something.if they are too old to eat, there's always the chance of a compost heap!
