Starting with just groung beef what do you add to the meat to grill it to the perfect taste?

Answers:
I add a clove of crushed garlic and an envelope of Lipton Onion soup mix and let the meat sit for a bit until the onions are softened then make nice big burgers and grill them on the grill. Brush the buns with a little butter and grill them too and top them with a slice of mild Cheddar cheese. You really don't need any other condiments, though grilled onions and mushrooms are nice on them as a little change of pace, yum!

Other Answers:
A little salt and pepper does it for me. The secret is all in the cooking!

salt and pepper and some ginger.. wine and some onion take the ground beef, put it in a bowl. add bread crumbs, an egg, and other assorted spices. mix it together with your hands.

I always add worchestershire sauce and garlic salt and pepper. When mixing don't mix too much or it can change the texture of the meat. Best wishes

Add Lawry's Seasoned Salt--YUM. Also, when you are cooking on the stove or grill--DO NOT push down on the meat...if you do, all the juices will run out and you will end up with a dry burger.

I use chunks of garlic, salt, pepper, an egg and a dash of wostershire sauce
toss it all together with the chopped meat and make your burgers from that

Tomato puree, diced onions, salt and pepper, minced garlic a drop of water and some Cajun spices. Well, there are many different ways. A good idea would be to buy a cookbook of burgers, or search it on a website like Yahoo! or Google. I hope that I helped you.

I guess ur usual salt and pepper, chopped onions and a little paprika followed by bread crumbs.

mix ur meat with italian bread crumbs, onions, peppers, salt& pepperand a little bit of evoo...(extra virgin olive oil)...seen that on the food network

I use onion,bell pepper.garlic,salt, and pepper.

Personal experience. use lipton onion soup in the meat, it's great

yes i should say so

i like to add the usual salt and black pepper seasoning plus i like to add finely chopped onion touch of lea and perrins sauce ,french mustard ,and oregano

The secret is in BOTH the cooking AND the kind of meat...There's ground beef, chuck, sirloin and round...The last two do not have enough fat content and the first has too much, so go with the ground chuck...If I'm frying my burger, I only use about 2teaspoons salt with about 2pounds ground chuck...This makes about 4 Half inch thick burgers..Form patties well enough to its shape, but NOT smashed together..Place on grill, griddle or skillet about 325-350 degrees and DO NOT SMASH DOWN WITH SPACHULA!!!! If you do this, it will be dry, leave the juices in it..Flip occasionally and once the juices are clear(not bloody) they're ready...I serve on Onion rolls(toasted lightly) and if you like mayo, spread it on the bottom bun, the juices from the burger and mayo will mix and you'll swear you're in Heaven!! Add other condiments on the top of burger and enjoy!!! ok you get a frying pan and you let it sizzle in there and then you put seasoning salt on and then you put it on a bun and take a HUGE bite
