Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Answers:
Never add milk or any other ingredients to the eggs before you cook them. Make sure the pan AND butter are sort of hot before you scramble the eggs. Put the eggs in the pan and let them sit for a minute. Give them a quick stir round (like two times) just to break it up a bit. You will have some big pieces but this is ok as it will contribute to the finished consistency. Wait a moment, maybe turning a bit here and there. Then start stirring and breaking up the whole thing. Now........

This is the important part no matter how you cook them!!!!!!! When you are just at that point that they have no raw sspots pull them off now! This is because they will continue to cook even after you put them on a plate. Plus they will set a bit.
