Answers:
THis sounds really odd but it works. Take a paper towel roll (empty) and cut it into disks about 1/2 inch thick so you have a lot of little cardboard rings. Now place these rings on a plate and put the premade crust on top of them. Add your sauce, then grated cheese, and finally toppings and microwave until the cheese melts. The cardboard rings stop the crust from getting all steamy and damp. Bon Appetit!

Other Answers:
Get a pizza base and your favorite toppings then climb inside your microwave and put it all together.
Unless it's a frozen pizza made specifically for the microwave, I wouldn't recommend doing it. You'll end up with a big old mess in the microwave. Plus, it'll be soggy, rubbery and yucky. Sorry to burst your balloon.
Use microwave pizza!!
Don't do it! Get yourself a thick baking tray or better still a pizza stone and do it in the oven. If you use a pizza stone, you'll need to heat it up in the oven for a good hour before you put the pizza base on it.

You could try one of these http://www.thepizzachef.com.au/product.asp?pID=1&cID=1&c=31258 but I've never tried it and it's probably a bit gimmicky.

You'd be better off with a pizza stone or baking tray. Doing it in the oven should give you a nice crunchy base, whereas microwaving it can only lead to soggy base pain! (Unless you like soggy bases.)
