Answers:
Original garlic paste is simply the product you get when you roast a whole head of garlic.
Preheat your oven to 275Degrees
Cut the top off a head of garlic.
Rub the top with a little olive oil.
Cover with aluminum paper and place on a cookie sheet in the middle of the oven.
Cook for about an hour.
Remove from oven let it reach room temp., and then squeeze the head and voila garlic paste.Use in anything has a nice mild roasted flavor.

Other Answers:
Mix butter with some garlic that you can get from supermarkets or a greengrocers
Use a small food processor. Prepare ten cloves of garlic by removing the outer skin. Place in food processor with two tablespoons of a good extra virgin olive oil. Keep refrigerated for up to 3 months in a airtight container.
Im not sure as my mom does it. But I think the 2 things you need are butter and garlic. I think you have to crush the garlic first and mix it in butter.
Crush up garlic with some olive oil. You can bake the garlic first it makes the paste much more tasty. Unless you are cooking it after you make it.
1 stick margarine
garlic.......to taste
whip well....

i like to add some chives to it too.
Butter, Garlic, Season for taste
well peel the amount of garlic you need to convert into paste.Grind them in a food processor with 2-3 tsps of vinegar....this acts as a prservative.then store in a refrigerator and use as required.
GARLIC PASTE

1 Tbsp kosher salt (or less)
8 large cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
