1 can tomato soup
1 can pea soup
1 can beef consomme

Dash of mace
1/2 c. light cream

CREAM OF CRAB SOUP

1/8 lb. butter
1 c. whole milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch curry powder
1 1/4 tsp. Old Bay
4 c. half and half
10 1/2 oz. can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. crab meat
1 tbsp. sherry

Scald butter. While heating over low to medium heat, add milk, half and half and cream of celery soup. Add Old Bay, curry powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir in crab meat. Add sherry just before serving.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and celery until soft. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables, stir, and cook 5 minutes. Add all the spices, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and a splash of lemon juice and simmer briefly. Add the cream and milk and heat almost to scalding, stirring constantly. Add the crabmeat and roe and stir. Heat just long enough to warm through. Add the sherry and serve at once, garnished with paprika and chopped parsley and enjoy. warning eat in small servings may tend to make thighs buldge.... haha
