CHINESE EGG ROLLS

2 c. chopped cooked pork
1 c. shrimp, cooked and chopped
2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped>hill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

My friend Amy is an awesome cook and taught me this recipe that she created.

Chopped cabbage (such as coleslaw mix in the bag)

Seafood mix (we used one with shrimp and other seafood)

Chopped fresh mushrooms (optional)

Egg Roll wraps (in the produce section of most grocery stores)

Olive Oil

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Place the first 3 ingredients inside the wrap, fold into a square or rectanguler shape and seal with a little water.

Deep fry in olive oil until golden colored and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

You can also sprinkle a little of the parmesan inside the wrap before you seal it up.

They are so amazing!!!!

I'm supposing you can get eggroll wrappers at a nearby store. Directions for folding and sealing them are usually on the package.

Just about any stirfry recipe can be used as a filling, but here are some suggestions for meat/vegetable combinations that you cook before filling. Fillings are usually minced. The quantities used vary upon quantity and personal tastes. Season to taste.

Pork: cabbage & tomatoes / peas & mushrooms / string beans, tomatoes, and onion / celery, carrots, peas, & almonds / water chestnuts, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, & bean sprouts / celery, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, & peas / bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato, & onion

Beef: cabbage, celery, & onion / mushrooms, bamboo shoots, celery, & onion / bell pepper or carrots, celery, & bean sprouts / mushrooms & peas / cauliflower & peas or bell peppers / bamboo shoots & peas

Chicken: onions & tomatos / mushrooms / mushrooms & cabbage / mushrooms, celery, & walnuts / mushrooms & bamboo shoots / mushrooms, bamboo shoots, celery, water chestnuts, & peas / cucumber, mushrooms, water chestnuts, & celery / mushrooms, celery, peas, onions, water chestnuts, & almonds / cucumber, bamboo shoots, & peas / asparagus, bamboo shoots, & bean sprouts / bell pepper, celery or water chestnuts, & onion

Shrimp: bell peppers & tomatos / peas, mushrooms, & water chestnuts or bamboo shoots / bean sprouts, celery, onion, water chestnuts or bell pepper / string beans & mushrooms or onion / string beans, bean sprouts, celery, tomatos, & onion / celery & almonds or mushrooms / onion, broccoli, & celery / cabbage, bamboo shoots, peas, mushrooms, peas, & water chestnuts

Cooking (deepfrying)

Heat oil (corn oil works the best for me) to 375 degrees. Cook two or three at a time until the wrapper turns a golden brown. (Personally, I cook mine about halfway, then take them out to cool. After I've done this to all of them, I go back and finish cooking them. It keeps them from becoming too crispy.) Drain on paper towels. Do not stack them together or they'll become soggy.
the eggs dont roll they are doing exercise when I am hot and up.
