In my experience I find that baked beans can maintain a healthy state while in the fridge for approximately 5 days.
After 5 days I then take the pot of beans and reheat them, squash them in the pot and add a bit of olive oil to them, let them cool and replace then into the fridge. This further extends the life of the beans in the fridge. Jose

What's your record? Brown beans=good. Fuzzy blue beans=bad. Seriously though, I wouldn't trust anything over a week or so. Refried beans always smell bad out of the fridge, so that's no indicator.
At least a week & probably two but I limit ours to a week or so.
