Answers:
At least forty five minutes to 1 hour at 350' degrees.Depending on the thickness of the meat you may have to cook it for at least 1 1/2 hours.

Other Answers:
I'd say 10 minutes per side or until the juices run clear

It does depend on the size of the pieces and the temperature of the grill, the safest way (unless you have a meat thermometer) is to check when you think they are done by cutting into the thickest and makeing sure the meat is cooked and white all the way through. If you are nervous double check by putting it on a clean plate as you do this, the juices that run out should be clear. Hi: The usual problem in cooking with a gas barbeque is the
fire is too hot. The outside of the meat gets charred which looks good, but the inside can be undercooked. So,
the chicken should sizzle when it first goes on, but flames should not appear. If they do, turn down the grill and move the meat to the edges, or to a higher grill, or off entirely. If it sizzles, no fire, your good. Cook between 5 - 8 minutes per side. Don't be afraid to cut one piece in half to guage doneness. It still tastes great. Ken
