i start to boil them with them in the pot not add them later and once it comes to a rolling boil give them 5 minutes and then remove

then take off heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
If you boiled them for 15 minutes they would turn gray.

actually you dont boil them at all put in pot bring to a boil cover turn off heat and let sit for 16 minutes exactly pefect eggies
