Well, the only thing that could make rice pudding more comforting is to add chocolate.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups cooked long grain rice
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup cocoa
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
PREPARATION:
Spray inside of 3-1/2 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in crockpot and stir. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until Crockpot Chocolate Rice Pudding
