Have you went to your city hall where you live and ask them what critera you need to have a catering house. Here were I live you have to have a food license, other licenses. And you need to think about how your going to live the first year or two. Because money will be very tight starting off. Other than that start collecting all kinds of recipes and have fun. I hope this information will help..Don't be affraid to ask some of the family own businesses in your town for information. Just tell them you are doing some research and they will more than likely help you out with information.. I do wish you luck I tried to start my own cafe but didn't have enough money or time.
