Answers:
Par boil for about 15-20 minutes and cool in the fridge.
Other Answers:
cover it with water, add garlic cloves ,a onion, some carrots and celery to water if you'd like, bring it to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.. the boiling removes the oils and pre cooks it
Why would you want to? It will cook on the bar-b. If you're following a recipe that calls for sauce, which is the only scenario that I can think of, just don't put the sauce on until you know that it is cooked. Sauce with a high sugar content will burn before the chicken is cooked; so just make sure that your meat is done before applying sauce. I parboil my chicken. That is I boil the chicken till its partially cooked it gets done on the grill so much faster and has a great flavor. My favorite BBQ recipe is:
1 cup vinegar
1 cup margerine
3 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of Accent (MSG)Melt together and
repeatedly paint this on the chicken. Yum this recipe is quite salty so if you prefer you can add less salt
Enjoy!

It's best to boil the chicken so it's most of the way, or even completely cooked before barbecuing it. If you don't, the chicken will stick to the grill so badly, you might not be able to get the skin unstuck. Use whatever spices or sauces you like, but if I might make a suggestion, I like using those Grillmates spices when I barbeque; whoever came up with those spice blends did a great service by marketing it. I hope this advice was of help to you. Don't do it. Just go Vegetarian and then you don't have to worry about samonela or ecoli!
When I make Bone BBQ chicken I boil it to make it tender then I put it on the BBQ I brush the BBQ sauce on the chicken, brush on another BBQ sauce coat when I flip over the chicken. The chicken is so tender it falls off the bone. Otherwise its dry on the grill for the full cook time and if you put the BBQ sauce on at the end when you grill it it stays fully on the chicken! Yum, Yum now I'm hungry!!
I put my chicken in the microwave for a few minutes.Keeps the fat from causing flames on the barbecue.correctness,It's Non-profit and only for informational purposes.
