Prepare the crust: mix together the chocolate crumbs, hazelnuts and sugar.
With a fork mix in the melted butter. Press the mixture into a 10 inch tart pan with a removable bottom and refrigerate.
In a saucepan, melt the butter, coffee, and chocolate until smooth. Cool.
Beat the sugar and egg yolks together, until lemon colored, about 4 minutes.
Beat in chocolate mixture and Grand Marnier. Measure out 1/2 cup of the mixture and reserve it for garnishing.
Divide rest of the mixture in half. Spread half over bottom of tart pan.
Fold whipped cream into other half of chocolate mixture. Spread on top of 1st layer. Refrigerate for an hour.
Put reserved mixture into pastry bag with a star tip. Make a border of chocolate stars around the rim. Sieve cocoa powder lightly over entire tart. Keep refrigerated until 10 minutes before serving.
For the crust:
1? c. chocolate water crumbs
? c. lightly toasted, skinned and chopped hazelnuts,
2 TBS sugar
6 TBS unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
1 c. unsalted butter
2 TBS instant coffee granules
12 oz. bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
? c. sugar
6 large egg yolks
3 TBS Grand Marnier
1 c. heavy or whipping cream, whipped
For garnishing: Cocoa powder

I think the last answerer was thinking of trifle. a truffle is easy to make. get 8 oz of semisweet chocolate chopped fine and pour over it 1 cup of boiling heavy cream. Stir until melted. stir in 2 tbsp of your favorite liquor such as grand marnier, irish cream or brandy (any liquor you like would be nice). refrigerate until firm (about 3-4 hrs). Form into 1 inch balls and freeze. Melt 12 oz of semi-sweet chocolate to about 90degrees f. Dip the chocolate centers and put on a sheet of parchment paper or a greased cookie sheet to harden. There you go! I make them all the time they're yummy.
EAsy Chocolate Truffles

1 Pkg. 8 oz. Cream cheese
3 cups powder sugar
1 1/2 pkg. 12 oz. Baker's Semi-sweet squares
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Ground nuts or coconut to roll them in

Beat the cream cheese till smooth.
Gradually add sugar beating till well blended. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix well and put in the fridge for 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls and rollin coconut or nuts. Store in the fridge . Makes 5 dozen.

For spirited Truffles add 3 TBSP. favorite liquor to the batch or break down into 1/3 batch and a difforent liquor to each one.

Can be dipped into melted chocolate of choice but, not necessary
