You season it and put it in a broiler pan at least 6 inches from broiler flame. (Leave oven door open slightly) About 10- 15 minutes, then turn and broil 10 minutes or so, depends on how you like it done. You can also pan-broil on the stovetop. Outdoor grill is best. BTW, I REALLY love my George Foreman grill, but not for steak (it squishes it too much)

Believe it or not the best way to cook steak in the oven is to brown it in a frying pan first and then bake it in the oven at 350 degrees until it is cook the way you want it. Frying it first seals in the juices.
