Do Pilates, weights, and yoga bands. The bands work really good. Wrap one of your feet (right foot first) and pull toward you (the other leg is straight) with both hands. Then pull to your left side with your left hand for 30 seconds to a minute. Then pull the same foot with you right hand to the right for another 30 seconds to a minutes. Change legs and do the same thing. This procedure is a little painful but it is a very good workout for your leg and thighs. You can feel your muscle is being pull.

The bands can also good for arms too. Hold it up to your shoulder length (just like you would on using weights by pulling ups and down).

I learned Pilates for 18 weeks and I already losses from 153 to 136 pounds.
