SALMON LOAF

1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. onion, as desired
1/2 c. milk, to moisten
8 crushed soda crackers or 1 slice bread torn in pieces

Shape into a loaf on a greased shallow baking dish or loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Creamed peas may be served over the loaf.
