What I would do is call a few meat packing plants or talk to some of your area farmers about buying a pig for roasting. Some farmers will be willing to sell a hog for butchering. Hope this helps you.

Well if u lived in Nebraska that would be easier than finding the apple! lol Seriously though- most farmers raise pigs just for butchering and you can call them and arrange to get a pig from them and dont worry they will kill him for u first! lol You might also want to check a meat market that specializes in hunters and cutting up and processing the deers and elk they catch.
