Best advice I can give you is shop around the outside aisles of the supermarket, produce, meat, dairy, bakery (maybe not the bakery). Try to stay away from the aisles that have all the crap in them. I have a really good chicken recipe.

1. Pound a boneless skinless chicken breast so it's thin and even. Do this in a freezer bag so you don't make a mess.
2. Sprinkle it on both sides with McCormicks No Salt seasoning (whichever kind you like) I like All Purpose or Garlic and Herb. Press the seasoning into the meat.
3. Cook in a small amount of olive oil on high heat for about 2-5 mins per side. You want to carmelize the meat for extra flavor.

You can eat it just like that or slice it and put it in a roll for a sandwich or cut it up and put it with pasta or in a salad. This is a very versatile piece of chicken and the cooking method works well with fish and pork too adjust cooking times accordingly.

I really like tomatoes alot, they're supposed to be good for lowering blood pressure. Potatoes are a good starch, less calories than rice. Pineapple is tastey and supposed to be good for losing weight. Kashi pilaf hot cereal is a really good breakfast and also goes really well with beef.

I like to sautee mixed vegetables in a little bit of olive oil and a spice mix (whatever kind you like). I use squash, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, asparagus tips, bell peppers, etc. Whatever works for you, just make sure you put them in hardest first. Carrots first, broccoli last.

Your spice cabinet has just become your new best friend. Use spices to add flavor where it previously came from all the MSG in the processed food. I just made my own pesto for the first time the other day.

Fresh basil, fresh parsley, toasted pine nuts and olive oil in the small food processor over some hot pasta, tastey goodness. Make it thick and then you can add some of the pasta water to pesto and pasta til it's the right consistency. You can also put sun dried tomatoes in the processor with pesto or just toss them with the pasta.

I like California Sun Dry Julienne in the cello bags. They have a better consistency than other brands. I buy them in the produce aisle at Safeway.

Also portion control is key here, if the chicken breast or potatoe is really big, cut it in half and eat the other portion later. Buy a couple of extra sets of dishwasher safe measuring cups, it gets old having to wash them 4 times a day. I really like my little food processor I use it to chop herbs and sun dried tomatoes and veggies for salads. Good Luck

i can say don't eat breakfast at night to meny carbs and fat for late night. make sure you don't eat with-in 4 hours of going to bed this way you digest your food and it don't turn directly to fat. also in early morning do your excersize b4 you eat. this way you burn the fat you gained at night and the energy you burn is energy you have stord up and not what you ate (not meaning a full work out maybe just a mile or so jog)

hopes it help a little
My wife did something like that, had many small meals a day, it was all fruit and (if I remember correctly) tuna on lettuce with lemon juice to give it a bit of taste. She had about 5 small meals a day and wasn't hungry. During one week she lost almost 10 ibs. but soon got tired of her very limited diet.
have 1 glass of lemon water in morning, do jogging, skipping, play some game if u have time, proper diet, do have water 1hour before ur meal
Just watch your servings and portions. Fruit with Yogurt or cottage cheese is good in the morning. V8Juice as well (just watch out for the gas!) Get plain yogurt and add your own fruit and a little sugar. Add vanilla extract or orange extract a tablespoon of sugar and you're good. Eat lots of chicken and fish. Tuna is VERY good. There are lots of ways you can make it! Avoid boxed foods like tuna or hamburger helper. It's easy to make your own and it's not processed! Just get egg noodles or whole weat noodles (hard to find but VERY good for you). Drink LOTS of water! Try and eat both raw and cooked vegtables. Some vegtables like Tomotoes are actually better for you cooked! Use olive oil when frying or when oil is needed. Make homemade sorbe VERY easily and hey it's fat free (better than ice cream). There are lots of quick and easy recipes online if you just do searches. Now that summer is here everything is about light, none-stick to the ribs foods. Good Luck!
