1. First of all, please don't go on a diet. This is very important to you.
2. Please relax in your life, eat well every day, sleep well every night, and work out at least 2 or 3 times a week just like walking in the park, swimming, playing tennis or beach volley ball.
3. Please look around you now, and find beautiful things around you such as mountains, valley, sky, stars, moon, and beautiful flowers.
4. Please listen to the sounds around you now. Nice music, singing of birds, sound of the rains, the trees, and the winds.
Please continue these things in your daily life and you got to be a beautiful person with good health and you don't need to have a feeling to lose your weights anymore!

3500 calories = 1 pound. Cut out 500 calories a day and about half your goal is accomplished. Skip a snack. Drink water instead of soda. Eat celery. Celery has negative calories. You burn more eating it than you gain. This is a healthy way of doing it. No crash diets!
Try and walk or jog at least 45 minutes every day. This will boost your metabolism and help burn calories. Do some light weight lifting. Muscle burns calories faster than fat and it is more compact so even if you do not make your goal you will look smaller.
If you miss a day, don't quit. Start right back and work harder.
