Even though it’s a “homemade” product you should really do it in an industrial kitchen. There are usually commercial kitchens you can rent.
If you want to produce out of your home you will need to get your kitchen inspected by the health dept. and a food handler’s license and your house probably will not be zoned for business.
The biggest issue I can for see is ensuring sanitation and product free of food borne illness.
