Answers:
Marinade chicken breasts in a mixture of Dijon Mustard and Worchester sauce.

In a plastic bag, add sliced almonds, hickory seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Put the marinated chicken breasts in the bag and shake until they are covered with the almond mixture. Place in baking pan and pour remaining marinade over the top.

Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.

Serve with steamed aparagres spears or brocolli and you have a tasty healthy very low fat meal.

Rosemary chicken ... Put the chicken in a frying pan, pour olive oil on top ... then squirt some lemon juice over the top of that (the olive low is low fat and keeps them from getting dried out). After you have put the lemon juice on, sprinkle a fair amount of rosemary on top.
Cook at 375 for about 40 min ..
Tasty, cheap, low in fat.
A trick to keep it low calorie is put on the grill in your oven w/ pepper and put a pan of water below w/ quarter cuts of lemon. The pan will catch the fat and the steam will keep the breasts moist w/ a lemon/pepper taste .

Then on the other shelf bake your veggies w/ a dash of sea salt (you use less sea salt than mortons' and it is healthier) and a few teaspoons olive oil. Be sure to use fresh veggies for better flavor. Use some sweet, some crunchy. (Ex: tomatoes, sm. new potatoes, onions, and peas).
GRILLED HAWAIIAN CHICKEN

4 chicken breast fillets
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. can pineapple slices (reserve juice)

Marinate fillets in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and pineapple juice for about an hour. Grill fillets with pineapple slices on top until done.
VARIATION: Substitute teriyaki sauce in the place of Worcestershire and soy sauce for a different taste.
