Answers:
make the regular recipe, but instead of using regular sugar, use Splenda...the baking Splenda, it tastes the same as sugar. My dad is diabetic and uses it all the time. Last week, he made a pineapple cherry up-side down cake using Splenda and it was better than the sugar one!
