You can make your own combinations, they are ready after 1 week, bottle never in direct sun contact and herbs always dry!

Dried Chillies, bay leaves, pinch of saffron.-for your exotic taste buds.
Garlic, rosemary .-brush over some grilled baguette slices. top with slice of italian cheese.
the method is the same as what the person above wrote. Make sure its in a dark place. Sunlight will ruin it. I learned that the hard way. But they make beautiful, homemade gifts for your family and friends.
