Answers:
i presume unsweetened yoghurt? in principal, yoghurt goes with just about everything, being a neutral kind of taste. try just adding a little yoghurt to the bottom of the pan after you have cooked meat or orast veges - it combines with the juices and can be reduced just a little. tart it up with a tiny something acidic like lemon juice or balsamic vinegar but be careful - it will split very easily - especially if it is low fat yoghurt.
garlic and yoghurt is a classic. the garlic can be cooked or raw before being added. try garlic, pepper and a little of your favourite herb - parsley, basil, chives - something like that. pureed spinach (very well drained) with yoghurt is good but add additional flavourings - spices / herbs.
a berry coulis mixed with yoghurt can be made savoury with just a dash of salt and other complimentary flavours.
basically, you can replace any cream ingredient with yoghurt - so long as a high fat content is not required.
