Answers:
ice,ice cream, milk, sugar, and a blender

Other Answers:
blend milk and ice cream together. not only is that the easiest way to make a milkshake, I am pretty sure it's the ONLY way to make a milkshake.
Just Milk and Ice cream. Dont even really need to blend. Just mix together. Dont add sugar. it would make is taste like butt.
1/2 glass of ice cold milk
2 balls of Vanilla Ice cream
1 Banana

Blend -- Pour in a large glass
Add two straws
Enjoy !!!
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it sit for about 5 to 10 mins to let it soften a little.

If the ice cream is soft enough, a spoon is enough to stir together. Easy clean up.
milk, bournvita and sugar. put them together in the blender and u will have a taste milkshake, if u want then u can add some whip cream and chocochip on top of it
Your blender is the best appliance?
milk shake mixer. milk, ice cream.
malts the same plus powder chocolate malt.
Keep it simple. Vanilla ice cream, milk and put in your blender. Insert straw and drink! :-) I make these for my son and he loves them. Hopefully he'll put some weight on before the next school year.
put a little bit of sugar, a lot of ice cream, and a little milk. mix it all together. you've got a milkshake.
