Answers:
Drink lots of water.. use stairs as often as possible. Include salads and fruits in your diet. And AVOID crash dieting
Other Answers:
do excercise
Work out, half your portions and eat whatever you want. Throughout the day snack on fresh fruits or vegetables. Make sure that you have 3 meals a day.
Mainly try to move around alot (i.e. park your car farther, take the stairs, and etc.)and you might lose around 2 lbs per week..which is healthy
balanced, healthy diet with proper amounts of micro & macro nutrients, together with an active, healthy lifestyle.
cardio training
Eat healthy (fresh, not frozen veggies etc) every day, and do it at set times. Don't eat huge amounts!
Work out regularly. Try to get a minimum of 30 minutes of movement out of your body everyday. Even if it's just going for a walk, try to walk a decent pace though!
Good luck.
balanced diet and exercise you want to burn more callories than you take in
Exercise and cut down on the size of your meals. Try to eat at least 4 times a day, small portions and drink lots of water (it makes you feel less hungry)
Its not useful to follow a drastic diet, because it only hams your health...
I think the best way is making some exercise.
First Walking then Running
go outside and do some actual physical work. sweat! great way to drop pounds get in shape and get a tan at the same time
if u follow this schedule u will definitely lose weight but be honest to yurself. one of my friends has followed it and she is happy now after losing much of weight
in breakfast eat just sprouts or cucumber - one thing
in lunch - eat two chapatis (breads) with some light vegetable very light no spices nothing-even bread can be one
in the evening - go for watermelon or one glass of milk much before sleeping i.e. about 3 -4 hours before going to sleep
and avoid dinner just follow it for first 2 months then make it for 3 months and move on and finally make it for 1 year u will be totally amazed at your self and others will fall out.
fasting!
you should aim to lose no more than 1-2lbs a week to maintain a healthy weightloss which you will be able to keep off. there is all the obvious stuff like exercise 4 times a week for 30 mins, 5 postions of fruit and veg a day (which is easier than it seems - look at http://info.cancerresearchuk.org/healthyliving/healthyeating/fiveaday/ which is full of great tips and ideas about getting your daily allowance.)
basically though, divide your plate up each meal by 1/4 protein - meat, fish, dairy, 1/4 carbs - potatoes, pasta, rice, and 1/2 veg and that should help you keep your meals in proportion.
also limit the amount of oil and butter you use - a thin spread of mustard on a sandwich instead of bread is much healthier - and tasty too! And always buy the low fat alternatives - low fat is less than 3% by the way - don't be fooled by '50% less fat etc' which can still be very high in fat!
Hope this helps :o)
a mixture of healthy diet and excercise
try using a smaller plate for your dinner, I know it sounds daft but it works
drink plenty of water
eat plently of fresh fruit and veg
This is a good way for anyone trying to get healthy. Look close at the food you eat, and I do not mean eating less. Read the ingredients on EVERYTHING you eat, and yes I do mean EVERYTHING. Avoid all hydrogenated oils, modified anything, fructose, high fructose corn syrup, and non-organic soy products; these things are all genetically altered and are seriously not healthy for you at all, even in moderation. Also, cut out pork, shellfish, any fish without fins and scales really, because those animals are not good for you at all. Try to eat along these guidelines. The more healthy foods may set you back a bit more than regular food in some areas (like organic stuff), but you can find healthy stuff in a ton of places, so just keep your eye out for it. And as far as exercise goes, try running, sit-ups, and push ups. The old fashioned way is the best way, trust me. I have lost 53 pounds in a year and a half following those food guidelines and exercise routine. (I lost 30 in the first three months) Hope this advice helps! Good luck!
