But for a change use American and ground beef put bacon chunks on it and call it a bacon cheeseburger pizza

mozza or edam mozarella is the best.. but try putting processed cheese and melt it when baking to high temps... tastes 1000 times better....

we use mozzarella at work...but at home, we do a cheese blend with provolone and jack and a couple others
